From Host,Support Business App center, open Social Marketing app
From Social Marketing, select Settings > Connect Accounts
To start connecting your Facebook account, navigate to Social Marketing, then go to Settings, and select Connect Accounts. From this section, you can add your Facebook account by selecting the “+” sign next to Facebook.
How do I connect my Facebook account to Social Marketing?
Follow these steps to connect your Facebook account:
- Click on the “+” next to Facebook. This will redirect you to the Facebook Login screen. Enter your Facebook admin login credentials. If you are automatically logged in, ensure you are using the correct account with Admin privileges. To avoid errors, consider using an incognito window so you will be prompted to enter your credentials.
- It will take you to a page where you should ensure that you select ‘All Pages,’ as this is required for the API to connect successfully. Even if you only want to connect one page, selecting ‘All Pages’ is necessary. If the desired page does not appear, confirm that you have logged in with the account that holds Admin permissions for that page. Click Next.
- Finally, click Save to complete the connection process.
